Hi all!
It is a very long time since my last message in this Forum... Nowadays I am working in Spain... and due to workload the Greek genealogy search has stopped for a while.
But I knew a potential cousin in short trip to Athens last July and I told to him that perhaps there is a way to find out how is he related to my wife. Obviously they have to, since both of them has ancestors in Kastellorizo.
His name is Athanasios Stavros Theodoropoulos and he knew nothing about his ancestors, but he treasure old photos of them. Find some of them attached.
He is the son of Georgios Theodoropoulos and Despina Komninou.
Despina is daughter of Stavros Komninou & Maria Sotiraki. As I understood, both of them from Kastellorizo.
Since my mother-in-law, Kyrana Constantino Spyrides is daughter of Apóstolos Kosmos Komninou (1864-1945) I wonder in which way my wife and Athanasios are related.
I´ve tried to find such a relatioship at Allan Cresswell Castellorizo Genealogy Webpage, but without success.
Could anybody in this forum help me to try to find how my wife and Athanasios are related? Is it possible that they are not related even descending from Kastellorizians?
